Every drawing session results in numerous sketches and notes sent with your week’s assignment.
It’s important you have a record to refer to anytime you need to brush up on older concepts.

I also teach software-specific sessions for various drawing and image-editing software suites at your pace.

Getting started with image editing software can be daunting. I’ll guide you through the basic tools, best practices and how build a consistent workflow. And hey, once you’ve mastered one image editing software, you’ll find learning another suddenly becomes a breeze!

Teaching Ideology

These sessions are for YOUR self improvement. I don’t give out grades. Whether for hobbyist sketching or career building, the best way to learn is having a safe space to make mistakes. I provide a comfortable environment to make those mistakes, to ask every question rattling in your brain and to remind you that as long as you’re actively doing, you’re improving.

Every student, every human learns differently. It’s important to let me know the ways in which you learn best so we can work at your pace. If you’ve hit mental roadblocks and stress points in the past impeding your progress, we’ll address them and craft a routine that places you right into that flowstate. Because whether a craft is for work or play, you should feel good doing it.

My intent is to “teach you how to fish”, so to speak. Should you decide to stop our sessions at any point, you will already have a roadmap and the tools to continue improving on your own.
